Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia

State of Georgia - I have an auto title pawn on a vehicle that I recently totaled. Accident on 9/3/16 and next payment to title pawn company was to be 9/12/16.

Insurance company had me complete Georgia Secure Power of Attorney and I had notarized on 7/13/16.

Title pawn company has not received payoff check from insurance company and they are tacking on $25 a day to my balance until check is received. Now, my insurance company is sending a second check to cover additional charges as result of the $25 per day late fee. I will get NOTHING in monetary compensation from insurance settlement.

Since a notarized Georgia Secure Power of Attorney was completed on 9/13/16, one day after payment was due to title pawn company, isn't the insurance company NOW responsible for all relationship and money due to title pawn company?

You appear to be mixing up the issues. You have insurance to cover the value of the vehicle - not the balance of your loan or pawn. Since the lender or pawn company has a lien on your vehicle and any insurance proceeds, they get the money up to the their loan balance. You get what is left, if there is anything left. Your post is not clear as to what exactly your issue is? What money do you think you should get?
