Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia

Tree hit by lightning may fall on my garage. Allstate says $500 deductible and $500 to remove tree. If it hits garage, $500 deductible and replace garage. Cannot afford $500 right now. Should I wait for the tree to fall on my garage?

Snce Allstate is a lousy insurer with claims (it is one of the worst rated insurers with plaintiff's lawyers), and will probably cancel your policy if you wait, and your car may get crushed too, or you may be killed, spend the $500. And think about getting a top insurer rather than folks like Allstate and State Farm. You want the best claim service when you have a problem.
