Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

I was 17 when I saved up 1500 for a car i put the money down on the car, but because i was 17 i had to get the car in my moms name. I pay the car note of 166 a mnth, the only proof i have is the bank transfer statements for when i put the money in her account and receipts of when i paid for any of the car repairs and some text messages. I also have several people who can vouch for me paying the car note. I was the one driving it most of the time from work to school and picking them up from work. I can\'t get the car in my name, because i have no credit. I\'m only 18, ad credit card companies wot give me a card either, because i have no credit.

What is your question, and why did you post this in the intellectual property category that normally deals with patents and trademark questions? It appears you just have a complaint that someone won't give you credit. That is not a question for this forum.
