Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia
college logo
I purchased material at a fabric store legally with a college logo on it. Can I use it to cover and sell items that I make.

Re: college logo
Probably not without violating the college's intellectual property rights. Simply buying a product in a store with a logo does not mean that the buyer now has free reign to use the logo.
