Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

I create wedding flyers with PowerPoint and would like to start a website that charges people a small fee to sign up to have free access to one of the flyers. Is this a copyright issue even though I am not charging for the actual design?

The same answer you received last time. If you infringe on someone else's property (designs or content, etc.), you can be liable.
