Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia
Patent Inquiry
Once a patent has been submitted and the period where the inventor is granted a number of months to develop as many applications as he can, during this period, is it possible and/or legally advisable to incorporate multiple large conglomerates (from different industries) in partnership, towards the CONTROLLED development of the widest range of applications? Is there a legally binding way that this can be done, and who has had the strongest legal track record along these lines, even working across international lines?
