Can I publish and sell photographs of
famous people that I personally took?

As a generaly rule: Yes. Like any attorney would tell you there are always exceptions...for example, you can't put a picture you took of Tom Hanks and use it to advertise your business selling widgets. In addition, if you used a high powered lens to zoom in on them at home you could have legal problems. But as a general rule, yes. To eliminate the risk you may want to seek an attorney for your specific situation. Hope all is well, Justin
