Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

I am in charge of national auditing for a non profit organization. For the past few years I have given a presentation on fraud in several locations in the US. Now a CFO is intending to present my presentation to the board as her own. She is using my words and photos and is actually asking me to attend this meeting (on my own time) in case there are questions that she cannot answer. She is not giving me ,nor our department any credit or recognition. What is my position.

Ther are many relevant facts that may come into play, but generally the work done by an employee belongs to the employer and not the employee.
