Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia
If I purchase a piece of artwork with the understanding that 1) I may use the artwork in any manner I choose as long as I change the artwork originally purchased (e.g., incorporate the purchased artwork in a larger piece of artwork that I create), and 2) that I may then sell or give away my created artwork (including the pruchased artwork) - may the original artist later change the terms under which I originally purchased the artwork?
