Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia
stollen business idea
Can you site a case for me where someone stole someone else's business idea? Would that person have a right to sue for stealing the idea?

Re: stollen business idea
Did you have anything in writing between the two of you specifying who's idea it was and what each person was to do with the idea? If nothing was in writing, you are most likely at loss.

Generally, ideas are not protectable intellectual property. Such ideas are usually protected by non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements.
