Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

use of a trademark name

''Autocad'' is the name of a software belong to Autodesk.

Is it ok if I use ''Autocad Drafting Services'' as a name of my company or a name of my website? Do I have to get permission from Autodesk?

Re: use of a trademark name

The answer to your posting depends on a lot of factors, but if Autodesk is in the same industry, you will probably be infringing on their trademark. If so, you will need Autodesk to grant you a license to use the name.
