Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

Video shot on public property, and my rights of it.

I shot some video footage outside on their property of dolphins in a tank. I

want to use some of this footage for a video I am going to sell. The footage

only shows the dolphins, and no people. There are a few shots where

someone might be able to tell that it is there tank. No signs on property

saying no videotaping is allowed. Do I have to get rights to use this footage.

Thanks,

Re: Video shot on public property, and my rights of it.

That depends on some facts that are not mentioned in your posting. Generally, one is allowed to take photos/video of people and places in public; however, I would need to know all the facts before giving you a definite answer.
