Legal Question in Investment Law in Georgia

Rights to ''Class C Common Shares'' Property Investments Seized

I have inherited as the sole beneficiary of my father's entire

estate what consists partially of a very large sum of ''Class C

Common Shares-type'' of property investment. The company

invested in has determined that my rights to redeem any or

all of my shares has been denied to me until they determine

by their definition that the nation's economy has fully

recovered. What rights, if any, might I be entitled to insist

that the money that I have invested with them be made

available to me? Please advise. Thank you.
