Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Georgia

I am 15 years old with a 10 month old baby. my mother constantly abuses me verbally. Can I move out legally? What are my options?

You can move out when you are 18.

Since you got pregnant at age 15, that means in all likelihood that legally you were raped (statutory rape) so also be aware that the father could be going to prison.
