Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Georgia

Car.

My parents gave me a car for my 17th birthday. Now I'm 18 and they are threatening to sell it. Are they legally entitled to do this?

If they did not sign the title over to you, then it is not really your car. You can go to court and argue that it is a gift from them, but I would expect that they did not put the title in your name.
