Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Georgia
My daughter is being homeschooled and because of some legal issues that have her on probation, the probation officer is repeatedly telling the court that she is incompliant. I have homeschool work for her, not to mention the board of education says the work I choose is my choice, but, that in the end we are responsible for her education and can not hold the school responsible if we choose to homeschool her. They just came and took her to Youth Detention again and we had proof of work. What am I to say to the judge tomorrow in regards to this without sounding sarcastic?
