Re: Grandparentrights

The expression "Grandparent Rights," is a bit misleading, since there are no rights that are absolutely guaranteed to grandparents. However, many grandparents who are denied contact with their grandchildren hire attorneys to petition the court, according to Georgia law, to obtain privileges that their grandchildren's parents are denying. My firm practices in this area. Please do not hesitate to call upon us in the event that you wish to pursue this with the assistance of an attorney.

Re: Grandparentrights

What do you mean by "grandpa rights?" Rights to what? If you have a family or domestic issue, you can see a lawyer who SPECIALIZES in the area, and not just a lawyer who claims to handle cases in every area of law. Ask local lawyers or friends for a name, or try the local Bar association.
