Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Georgia

son 19 now (20 in early 2011) wants to move to another city and live in same home as girlfriend 16 ( 17 late 2011). this will be in a home with younger siblings to the girlfriend and her mother and step father. Is it legal for him to live with her and have sexual relations? could he go to jail for this?

He could easily end up in jail, depending on details of the case. Talk him out of a mistake that could have him end up in jail and be labeled a sex offender for life.
