Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

After 20 years of a solid employment record, I was let go from my employer. They had said it was due to performance. I was only there for 7 months. And cleary disagree of the termination. I was not given any notice or asked to sign any paperwork while I was there. My question is, I never received a separation notice still to this day which is two weeks later. Can I sue them for not giving me a separation notice with the details as to why in the state of GA?

I am not sure what you would accomplish by suing them for a separation notice. Sure, you can spend time and legal fees of at least several hundred dollars (likely much more), and they will simply send you the form. Alternatively, you can visit the GA Dept of Labor Unemployment Office, tell them the situation and they can probably resolve it pretty quickly for free. If your real intent is to somehow find a way to get them back, this is not the way (and nothing else in your post raises a potential claim).
