Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I am 17 years old and i worked for a general contractor company for about two weeks. My pay was $10.00/hr. I worked 49 hours in one week, so my check should have been $490.00. I have on paper stating the hours i worked and my boss signed it. My boss is accusing me of making mistakes and causing him money and is trying to take it out of my check. He sent me a check for $110.00. How should i go about dealiung with this.

Since you're 17 you can't file anything. But your parents can either sue on your behalf, or make a complaint with the state department of labor on your behalf.
