Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I am a 40yr old white female, I've worked for the same co for 16yrs. I've performed the work of a mgmt role for a total of 4yrs without the title & pay, have been promised a promotion but no action, yet see others promoted regularly. Do I have any legal leverage?

All we know is you believe you deserve a promotion. That describes a lot of employees. We don't know why you were not promoted or why others were. You state no actual facts showing any claim for actionable discrimination.
