Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I beleive My supervisor is discriminatinf against me. If I am absence from work, I am required to provide proof of my absence, there are 3 other ladies in my department with the same title and they are not required to provide proof of their absence. I do understand that it is legal for an employer to ask for proof of an absence, however the line is crossed when one person is singled out

You provide no facts whatsoever to indicate the basis of the alleged discrimination. It is not enough to say that your employer treats you worse or different than other employers, or singles you out. There is no law or general requirement that all employees must be treated equal on day to day matters. Your post also indicates questionable damages - you are simply required to do what a larger percentage of employees in the US have to do - justify your absence. If you re-post, include specific reasons why you think this is ILLEGAL discrimination(ie, based on race, age, etc., and not because, for example, you think the boss does not like you). You may very well have an employment issue, but not a legal issue.
