What are the rules regarding 15 minute breaks for every two hours of work? What if my last break was at 2:30pm and my work day ends at 5pm. Should I be allowed to take another break at 4:30pm?

Your local Dept. of Labor office is probably a better resource, and you can provide more information about the nature of your employment. It is not a 15 break every two hours.
