Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I would like to know if I have a case aganist the last company I worked for.I was fired for clocking an employee in, which I was asked to do by my supervisor-wasnt the first time. On my unemployment papers not honest was put as the reason..I fought it to get my unemployment.I won. Just need to know if I have a case.

Most employment is "at will," meaning you can be terminated for any or no reason (except for a very limited number of discriminatory reasons not raised in your post). It appears that you did engage in activity that was dishonest, even if it was at the request of someone else. You may have been in a no win situation, but making the choice either way does not necessarily give you a claim against the company.
