Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
I believe I have a case against my employer. Last Wednesday, during a bad thunderstorm, a manager told me to get on top of the forklift and straighten out the steel bin. The steel bin is an open top container sitting on the chassis. This means that I was standing on the forks of the lift 15ft in the air pulling steel pieces around in a steel container while lighting strikes were going on close enough to see and feel . He said that the steel bin was full and was going to be picked up the next day. It wasn't full and it wasn't emptied out until Monday.

What is your question? Case for what? Your employer told you to do something you did not like. Even if they did, what are your damages? Nothing? I am not sure what you expect out of this.
