Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Do I have a case? I was terminated from my job. I was recently promoted (3 months) to a mangement position for a national company. Our local office was/is struggeling. I was sent to a regional mangement training class with 4 other people from our local office. While on this trip our regional manager (my bosses, bosses boss) pulled the 4 from our local office to ask what was going on. No one said anything at first, then the regional manager said "dont worry you will be protected" I expressed my concers and ideas about our local office. The regional manager asked to let him know of anything happining in the future. Something happened and I emailed my local boss, his boss, and our regional manager. My local boss asked why I sent this email to his bosses. I told him I was instructed to. Now upper management has changed Our regional manager is no longer our regional manager, and I was terminated all stemming from this Management training class. I have more details, Do I have a case?

Employment in Georgia is at will, and employees can be terminated for any or no reason (except for very limited types of unlawful discrimination, or where there is a contract providing otherwise). The fact stated in your post do not indicate on their face that you have a claim. Management changes commonly lead to terminations and other changes.
