Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Changing my pay

We just changed store managers at our store. Under the old store manager I was training to be a manager and my pay was and still is 7.50. we are under new management and I have not yet started my part of the training at the school i'm suppose to attend for management. The new manager is talking about moving my pay down to 6.10 is she allowed to do so and under what grounds?

Re: Changing my pay

There is no way we can guess what authority your manager has been given by the company. That is between them. Otherwise, you provide no basis to conclude you are entitled to any certain wage (above minimum wage, of course) or any employment at all beyond the employer's wishes.
