Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
My company lied to me regarding looking for a replacement for the managers position in October of "09' , I was told that the search wouldn't be on until January '10' but there were applicants applying from Oct until Feb. 7th 2010 I feel the other guy and myself were passed over due to race. By the way the female and the other males were all white. Do I have grounds for a discrimination suit.

What grounds do you have? You did not state any facts supporting racial discrimination. You just "feel" that was the reason and other applicants were white. How you feel is not enough (and not necessarily relevant at all). You need actual evidence.
