Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
The company I work for direct deposits our pay and hands out a printed paycheck stub. On this stub there is always a saying, quote, or general advice of some sort. She has at times even written what I call "nice nasty" comments. Is this legal for the employer to do in the state of Georgia and/or Federally?

Are we talking about death threats or other threats, or something similar? If not, I am not sure why you think a note from your employer would somehow be illegal even if they are "nice nasty" (not that we know what that is since you did not tell us).
