Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

A company I worked for, let me work for my father for four years until another employment in the store was caught stealing and fired. Then emailed said company and the company decided it was against company policy... is there any grounds that i can sue them? Also another place I applied for denied me unemployment based on size and height.
