Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
The company i am working for is trying to charge me for part for a vehicle we sold. The item at question is a "bedliner". We are instructed to install "bedliners" in every new vehicle. They are trying to charge me for a bedliner that they said a customer was supposed to pay for. The bedliner was installed the same day the vehicle was sold and the computer generated repair order was in the company's name, not the customer that bought the vehicle. The customer that bought the vehicle says that the bedliner was supposed to come with the truck. Every other truck we sell has a bedliner installed before it sells. What do I do? Thanks, Brad
