sub contractor contracts

I work as a sub contractor for large corp. Gave notice in writing to take time off and to pass any work to another sub wanted to return and gave request in writing with no response contacted reginal super he stated he was told no notice was given and there was $12,000.00 in repairs charged to me to this date no proof has been offered several meetings have been set to discuss ''problems'' but are always cancelled. I have been told the past 4 weeks i was back in the system but in reality i am not no one in lower posistions that i worked with can understand or explain what is going on i have lost aprox. 20,000.00 in gross rev.

Your post is far from clear. Are you asking about the $12,000 charged to you? If so, you don't post enough to tell us what that means. If you are asking about not being "back in the system," again what does that mean? Are you asking why the company is not using you, we can't guess. Finally, if you are asking whether or not they are under some obligation to give you work, you'd need some basis for that. Do you have a contract that guarantees they will give you work for a certain period of time? You mention "contracts" but don't say a word about what they say.
