Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Contractor Fraud?
A co-worker of mine is an employee of a prime-contractor on a Federal project. One of their sub-contractors granted my co-worker access to their Outlook calendar to facilitate team communication. My co-worker suspect that the sub-contractor is over-billing and charging for work not performed.
Is it legal for my co-worker to print the sub-contractors entire Outlook calendar and submit it to their HR department as one piece of evidence supporting their suspicions?
Im concerned about my co-worker violating any of the new computer and/or electronic communication laws I sometimes hear about on the news.
Thank you in advance for your time.

Re: Contractor Fraud?
The friend should immediately contact an attorney like myself who handles such government fraud, or qui tam cases. There are many pitfalls to these cases and one must be carefully guided through all phases by an attorney who handles such cases regularly.
The attorney can provide a free, confidential consultation about how he/she should proceed without placing themself in jeopardy.
