Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
crst trucking contract distributes....I have 8 days left on my contract with CRST Trucking...and now they won't send me out to finish those days up because they know I am planning to leave when those 8 days are over.....there are now saying I owe them money for not completing the contract....Is there anything I can do to prevent this?

It depends on your exact obligations (and theirs) in the contract. There is nothing you can do to prevent them from not sending you out to work, but you would most likely have a claim for their breach or a good defense to any action on their part, depending on the contract terms.
