Since you chose to not include facts, it is difficult to answer. Ask the GA Unemployment office for help, or threaten to sue in small claims court. Obviously, if you are still working there could be consequences.

Depending on how much is at stake, you could also retain an attorney to send them a demand letter, which often gets their attention.
