Docked Salary

I am on a fixed salary. My boss docked my pay, because

I was in the hospital with panic attacks. (3 days)

Is docking ''fixed salary'' legal?

In most cases, yes it is legal to dock a salary in full day increments. Make sure that your employer did not violate any of its policies regarding vacation time, sick time, leave time, etc.
