Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

I am an employee of a nonprofit organization that owes me money for upaid wages. I plan on sueing them. My question is whose name do I put on complaint, the board members or the name of the organization. They are also getting ready to close on the 15th of Feb.

You said you were an employee of the organization, so if that does not answer your question you provided no facts to indicate why it would not. You should also contact the GA DOL about the wage issue before suing them, as they may be able to assist with employee wages. Suing, winning is a different issue that collecting, especially if they are closing.
