If an employee refuses to take a company photograph to include in an organization chart, is it grounds for termination in the state of Georgia?

If the employee is at-will, the employer does not need a reason or "grounds" for termination. An at-will employee may be fired for any or no reason at any time (except for a discriminatory reasons).
