Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

There is a employee sneeking around taking pictures of other employees. She in known for getting people in trouble with the supervisor. Is it legal for her to be doing this? If not what can be done about it? If so can the employees being spyed on do it back to her?

Report her behavior, in writing. Have others report it too, in writing. If she doesn't stop, report it again, in writing.

You don't appear to have a legal issue. It is certainly not illegal to take pictures (unless in bathrooms, dressing rooms, etc.), report people, etc.
