Hi ..my employer has given me a cash pay advance check but there is no money in his account?how can i send a 10 day notice to him?what should i do?

You need to provide more facts. What is a "cash pay advance check?" Have you asked the employer about the situation? Are you prepared with other employment when you are terminated (and it is probably a good idea to start looking either way)?
