Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Hi, I have an employer that constantly cusses out employees, has sexually harassed one female employee, threatened to fire multiple employees for a changed FACEBOOK profile picture, has physically assaulted one employee, and racially discriminates parts of our customer base and our employees. I think i need some help...

Help with what? What has your employer done to YOU, and what damages have you suffered? Presumably, other people can handle their own problems and potential claims. The other issues may be somewhat relevant if there is a valid claim, but you leave us to guess what you are asking for help with.
