Can an employer decrease the hourly rate of a long term contract worker to match the hourly rate of other contract workers?

Absent a contract stating otherwise, employees are entitled to minimum wage, and they can be terminated for any or no reason (with very new exceptions). No, there is no law that somehow gives a "long term contract worker" a guaranteed wage.
