Can an employer deduct a commission charge back from your salary if you are paid salary+commission in Georgia? I was a W-2 employee paid a weekly salary + commission earned. I had a commission charge back and part of it was taken from my salary.

Possibly. Does your employment agreement allow them to do so? That is a common right in such an agreement.
