Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
Employer failed to pay me the minimum hourly wage & overtime pay pursuant to the FLSA. I worked for the company since Sep 2010 till June 2011. My compensation was based on units (used cars) sold and not on hours worked. I worked 10 hours /day, six days per week. Any suggestions?
