Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My employer made a mistake on my time sheet and is refusing to pay me the missing hours. I have being trying to get them to pay me the missing hour for the passed 9 months they are still dragging and dont want to pay me. Do u think i have a case, can i get them to pay for the attorney fee, plus interest?

You have a right to sue them for the exact amount for that hour. Assuming that hour is worth $10, you can go to court, pay the $255 filing fee and sue. Expect to lose your job, but if you win you'll get your $10 (no legal fees) and the filing fee. If you lose you'll be $255 behind.

You do not get interest.

Obviously no attorney is going to take a case worth $10 or so.

Either way you're likely to be unemployed.
