To put it bluntly, your options are to do what your employer tells you to do, or find other employment. I am not sure why you think otherwise - you work for your employer and they tell you what to do or not do, not the other way around. They also give titles, and can take them away. You will likkely find that there are many people who would be glad to step into the position and do whatever work was necessary. Finally, why does it matter that the cleaning woman is hispanic?
