Can a employer pay everyone on the schedule except for one person does employer have to pay employee any vacation time earned when employee is terminated is it legal for employer to pay regular pay for overtime hours

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act, all employees must be paid, and non-exempt employees should be paid time and a half for overtime hours.
