Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

Can my employer require me clock in when I am not a fulltime employee, do not receive benefits, and I do not receive hourly wages? I make $70.00 per day and is required to work six hours per day.

You have requirements to work a certain amount of time, and you don't understand why the employer wants you to punch a clock? If this is a big issue to you, as unreasonable as it is, perhaps you can seek employment where they don't keep up with employees.
