Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia

My employer shorted me $78 on my 1/14/11 pay check. They gave me a debit card on 1/21/11 that was supposed to have my pay on it & I can't even activate it because they haven't even provided my info. to the card company. I have missed 3 days work because I haven't any money for gas to get to work. Also, I am diabetic and I am running out of food.

What is your question? Obviously, you should have asked your employer about the error and provided that explanation in your post. Ask them, and you are not satisfied, post again with those details. The other issues you raise are not relevant to the question of your paycheck, of if they are, you don't tell us why.
