Legal Question in Employment Law in Georgia
My employer has given me a No Solicitation/Non-Disclosure contract to sign, but he has included a clause for Imdemnification/Hold Harmless. How would that clause relate to me in an Administrative role? He's given me 36 hours to sign, but I work for him 10 hours a day and haven't been able to see an attorney to view.

The exact language of the contract will determine your rights and responsibilities. As such, you should have a local business attorney review the entire contract. In general, an indemnification provision means you will protect the other party for a third-party claim against that party if it was caused by you. However, the exact nature of the indemnification depends on the specific language of the contract.
